At SanDai Fishball, our journey has always been about preserving the authentic taste of Teochew fishballs and yong tau foo, crafted from 100% yellowtail fish. Over the years, we’ve dedicated ourselves to mastering this craft and sharing our story with you.

Recently, through a collaboration with Lau Wang Claypot, we discovered that many of you appreciate the convenience of enjoying our cooked fishballs and yong tau foo without the need for early market visits or home cooking.

Recognizing this, I decided to expand our offerings by launching SanDai Yong Tau Foo—the cooked food extension of our brand. Before this launch, I spent several months learning and assisting at my uncle’s cooked food hawker stall, Xin Mei Cooked Food, located at 105 Hougang Ave 1, #02-33, which we supply to. This hands-on experience was invaluable in understanding the nuances of serving ready-to-eat dishes while staying true to our roots.

SanDai Yong Tau Foo embodies the same principles that have guided us for three generations: a commitment to tradition, authenticity, and quality. We continue to use 100% yellowtail fish, ensuring that every bite reflects the genuine taste of heritage.
