Tuck into an eclectic array of Thai & Isaan cuisine at Kor Kai, a 32-seater restaurant featuring northeastern Thai or Isaan cuisine. A must-try dish to start off your meal, the Signature Thai Grilled Chicken follows a time-honoured recipe from Thailand — the spring chicken is superbly tender and flavourful; the meat is marinated with a mix of white peppercorn, coriander and various condiments, best enjoyed with a special homemade spicy sauce.
Using a northeastern Thai-style blend marinate, the Isaan Beef Ribeye Steak is grilled according to one’s preferred doneness and serve with Spicy Dipping Sauce, made from a trio of tamarind sauce, cilantro and chili powder. For those looking to satisfy one’s seafood cravings, the Stuffed Whole Squid with Tom Yum Fried Rice makes for a tantalising unique treat, paired with a spicy seafood sauce while the Deep-Fried Seabass Fillet with Sweet Chili Sauce is a familiar go-to dish for most seafood lovers. Other taste-worthy selections include Scotch Eggs with Tamarind Sauce, Tom Yum Mama Noodles with Prawns, Thai Hot Kaya Thick Toast and Thai Milk Tea Pudding. There will be no
